Reserve Your Session
Booking at DMH Wellness is straightforward. Select your preferred service, choose a time that works for you, and we will take care of the rest. All new clients begin with a brief intake consultation included in their appointment time.
Online booking is available for appointments 24+ hours in advance. For same-day bookings, please call or email us directly.
How It Works
1. Choose Your Service
Browse our full service menu and select the treatment that best matches your goals. Not sure where to start? The Executive Reset (90 min) or a Deep Tissue Intensive (60 min) are excellent starting points for new clients. If you have a specific condition or concern, email us and we will recommend the right service.
2. Select Your Time
Use the booking system above to choose your preferred date and time. We offer appointments Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Sunday sessions are available by appointment — contact us directly.
3. Complete Your Intake Form
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your digital health intake form. Please complete this before your appointment. It takes approximately 5 minutes and ensures your therapist can prepare a session tailored specifically to you.
4. Arrive and Be Cared For
Arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. We are located at 3-1136 Centre St, STE 187, Thornhill, ON with parking directly on site. Your therapist will greet you, review your intake form, and begin your session. See our First Visit guide for full details.
5. Recovery and Follow-Up
After your session, take time in our recovery lounge. Your therapist will share post-session notes and recommendations. If a follow-up is appropriate, they will suggest a timeline and you can book your next session before leaving.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session fee. Please review our full Terms of Service.
