Membership FAQ

How do I cancel my membership?

Send a written cancellation request to contact@dmhwellness.com at least 30 days before your next billing date. Your membership will remain active through the end of the paid period.

Can I pause my membership?

We offer one pause per 12-month period for circumstances such as medical leave or extended travel. Contact us directly to arrange.

Do unused sessions roll over?

Sessions do not roll over between billing periods. We encourage clients to schedule early in each month to make the most of their membership.

Can I upgrade my membership tier?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect on your next billing date. Contact us to arrange your upgrade.
