Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking services with DMH Wellness Inc. ("DMH Wellness," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

DMH Wellness provides premium therapeutic massage and wellness services at our studio located at 3-1136 Centre St, STE 187, Thornhill, ON L4J 3M8, as well as mobile services at select locations. All services are provided by qualified Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) and certified wellness practitioners.

3. Booking and Appointments

Appointments may be booked online through our booking system, by email, or by telephone. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from DMH Wellness. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.

4. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, or no-shows, will be charged the full session fee. We understand that emergencies occur; please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.

5. Health and Contraindications

By booking a session, you confirm that you have disclosed any medical conditions, injuries, or contraindications that may affect your treatment. DMH Wellness is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from information not disclosed during the intake consultation. We reserve the right to modify or decline to provide services based on health and safety considerations.

6. Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of booking or service. We accept major credit cards, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, and gift card/membership credits. Prices are subject to change without notice, except for confirmed bookings.

7. Gift Cards

DMH Wellness gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash, and have no expiry date. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards.

8. Memberships

Inner Circle memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Memberships may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Unused sessions within a billing period do not roll over. Membership benefits are non-transferable and are available to the primary account holder only.

9. Refund Policy

Service fees are generally non-refundable once a session has been rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to address your concerns. Unused prepaid session packages may be refunded on a pro-rated basis at our discretion.

10. Code of Conduct

DMH Wellness maintains a professional, safe, and respectful environment. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe will result in immediate termination of services and, if necessary, removal from the premises. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DMH Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of DMH Wellness Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
